This is a win for us in two ways not only does it relieve the customer dissatisfaction that is unavoidable when equipment fails but it saves us the time and money that would be needed to replace the equipment. When going with a less expensive battery backup solution came up in a recent discussion both the support manager, and hardware manager here were adamant that the savings from paying less for the battery backups would not begin to cover the costs of not having your solution in place. They had been here before we went with Smart Power and could easily recognize what a difference it makes. Keep up the good work.
