you a method to either return damaged or defective merchandise
or to open a warranty claim with us. By providing you with this
method of contacting us, Smart Power Systems provides the most
efficient customer service to you. So, if your Smart Power
Systems product is not performing properly or you have damaged
equipment, the Smart Power Systems online RMA form is for you.
To use the Smart Power Systems online RMA form, please carefully
complete all of the required fields and then click the "Send"
button. After completing and submitting the online form, you
will receive an acknowledgement that your information
transmitted properly. Next, you will receive your unique RMA
number and shipping instructions via the method of your choice
(i.e. email, fax, or first class mail) within two business days.
For the most expedient results, please follow the labeling and
shipping instructions carefully. REMEMBER: Only ship your RMA
product using a traceable shipping method.

For your convenience, you may either submit your online RMA
request to us directly over the Internet or you may print out
the form and fax your information to us at 713-984-0841. If
you choose either fax or email as your preferred medium of
correspondence, then you will receive status reports via your
preferred method as your RMA is processed.
